The small print

Refund policy

In short. If something you bought is faulty, we fix it, replace it or refund you. Memberships can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund if no summary has been opened or downloaded. Downloads cannot be returned once they are available, but if you picked the wrong title by mistake, tell us within 14 days and we will swap it.

Faulty or wrong files

If a file will not open, is incomplete, is the wrong title or is missing one of its language editions, email us. We will send a working replacement, usually the same day. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you in full.

This applies at any time. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are not affected by this policy.

Single summaries and shelves

Downloads are available straight away. At checkout you ask us to supply them immediately and confirm you understand that you then lose the 14-day right to cancel, so we do not give refunds for a change of mind once the download is available.

Wrong title by mistake? Email us within 14 days of buying and we will swap it for another summary at the same price.

Memberships

  • Within 14 days of joining: cancel for a full refund, as long as you have not opened or downloaded any summary.
  • After you have opened or downloaded a summary, or after the 14 days: your membership continues to the end of its 12 months. We do not refund part of a membership already started.
  • Memberships do not renew automatically, so you will never be charged again without choosing to renew.

Payment mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, email us with your receipt and we will refund the difference straight away.

How to ask for a refund

  • Email thimblesofplenty@gmail.com with your order number (in your receipt email) and a line on what went wrong.
  • We reply within two working days.
  • Approved refunds are paid back through PayPal to the account or card you paid with, within 14 days. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it.

Please contact us before raising a dispute with PayPal or your card provider. It is usually quicker for you, and we will always try to put things right.

Programme and team licences

Refunds for programme, team and organisation licences follow the terms of the written licence agreement.
